Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
Experience: 3 - 15 yrs
Skills
3 - 15 years experience in Core Java/ Java server side technologies
Thorough knowledge in Object Oriented Design concepts and UML.
Experience in developing and debugging server side applications – JBoss / Spring/Hibernate
Knowledge of SOAP protocol and its handling in Servlets (preferably experience using XFire Servlets)
Experience in leading teams.
Familiar with estimation, project planning and tracking and potential to handle customer communications independently

Experience in Real-Time Embedded Systems development
Desirable Skills
Experience in Real-time/embedded development
Working knowledge on DTV/STB/Telecom Domain.
Exposure to OCAP/MHP/ Interactive TV standards
Experience in Embedded Systems/ J2ME
Experience with server profiling tools like YourKit
