Senior Resident: 16 Posts in the following Departments:
1. O&G: 03 Posts
2. Surgery: 02 Posts
3. Orthopedics: 03 Posts
4. Peads: 01 Post
5. Medicine: 02 Posts
6. Anesthesia: 03 Posts
7. Radiology: 02 Posts
Qualification:
- Recognized post graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized university & registered with Delhi Medical Council and the candidate must not have completed 03 years Senior Resident in any hospital in India.
- In case where no fresh candidates are available, candidates who have completed 03 years of Senior Residency and are willing to serve as SR, shall be allowed to appear in the interview. A separate merit list will be prepared, for fresh candidates and for those candidates who have already completed 03 years of Senior Residency. Further, firstly the list of fresh candidates would be exhausted for appointment as SR and then the second list candidates would be called for appointment.
Junior Residents: 29 Posts in the following Departments:
1. J.R. (MBBS): 28 Posts
2. Dental: 01 Post
Qualification:
- MBBS/BDS from recognized registered with Delhi Medical Council Delhi / Delhi Dental Council. Must not have completed 01 years Junior Residency in any recognized institution. The candidate having completed compulsory rotatory internship after 01.07.2009 shall be given preference.
- Junior Residents who have completed one year of Junior Residency shall also be allowed to appear in the interview and will be offered residency only if no fresh junior residents are available.
- There would be no extension for any junior resident beyond one year appointment. Post Graduate Doctors who are interested to serve as JRs will be allowed to join as JR if fresh graduates are not available.
