- Account Management of partnered colleges for seamless delivery, feedback collection, and renewal of account.
- Payment collection from Institutes.
- Local Below the Line (BTL) Marketing Activities.
Desired Profile:- Geographical know how of the market/Territory.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Any Graduate with 3-4 years of experience. (MBA/PGDM added advantage)
- Prior Sales experience a must.
- Very good communication skills mandatory.
- Highly motivated and self initiator.
- Very High degree of Integrity
Salary and compensation:- A yearly CTC between 3.85 lac-4.80 lacs depending on the qualification and experience.
- In case of training deliver by the RSM, Rs.1000/day of delivery as additional incentive. Approx. 8-10 days of deliver per month. This is however, subject to our TAC-Talent Bridge Academic Council finding and certifying the training aptitude for delivery in the profile.
- Additional benefits include a PF account with company contributing towards the same.
- Rs.1 Lac medical insurance for self, spouse, dependent kids /Parents.
- Rs. 5 Lacs life insurance in case of accidental death.
- All local commuting and outstation travel as per company policy
