Busniess Analyst 
Skills required:
  • Domain knowledge around BFS – Any area
  • Strong data interpretation/ analysis skills
  • Capability to partner with other teams to design & develop systems.
  • Demonstrated prior experience of gathering requirements from customer (on site or off shore) for developing solutions specs
  • Should be willing to groom people for BA roles
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated and focused on quality outcome
  • Multitasking attitude, equally comfortable operating from within both the technology & business environments.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Engineering background is a must
Responsibilities:
  • Helps define information requirements. Helps envision KPIs, metrics,
  • dashboards and other methods that help measure, visualize and manage business outcomes.
  • Helps define analytical data models - those data models that help in visualizing information and decision making.
  • Helps in viewing and visualizing information in a way to create value and insights to business users
  • Understands business measures, and bridges the gap between business users and those who develop BI applications.
  • Consults and provides solutions to clients on their business pains areas. Address business as well as technology issues.
  • Position will require frequent travel
Experience range - 2-5 yrs

Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in winning new deals and achieving sales targets in the region.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and maintaining CXO level relationship
  • Proven experience in entire sales cycle from tracking and responding to RFP's to collections
  • Should have handled $ 1 million in revenue.
  • Should have definitely sold to Banks
  • Should have good Understanding of Banking domain and DWBI
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills
  • Should have excellent communication skills - oral and written.
  • Should possess strong Multitasking skills
Education: 
MBA from a top tier B-Schoo
Other Essentials:

This would require extensive travel
