Qualifications:
FOR GROUP 'C' POSTS - NON-TECHNICAL POPULAR CATEGORIES (NTPC):
Passed Matriculation or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. Minimum percentage of 50% marks in aggregate is not applicable to SC/ST candidates and to those candidates (irrespective of community), who possess qualifications higher than matriculation such as HSC / Intermediate / Graduation / Post Graduation.

FOR GROUP 'C' POSTS - TECHNICIAN CATEGORIES:
Act Apprenticeship / ITI. No other qualification including Diploma in Engineering will be accepted as an alternative qualification. Act Apprenticeship / ITI Certificate must be approved by SCVT / NCVT.
FOR SCOUTS & GUIDES GROUP 'D' (erstwhile) POSTS:
Minimum 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent at the time of applying.
Last date: 9-8-2011 and 23- 8-2011 for candidates from far flung areas
