Applications are invited for the following posts in the MNRE sponsored project “Advanced Research on Thin Film Silicon Solar Cells and PV Systems”

Junior Research Fellow: 7 posts
Essential Qualifications: I. Post-graduate degree in Physics/ Electronic Science or equivalent with NET/ GATE or B. E. / B. Tech in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years research experience in relevant field.
II. B. E. / B. Tech in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering (GATE qualified).
III. M. Tech in Material Science & Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
Desirable: Specialization in Solid State Physics or Electronics and communication system design and at least 1 year experience in semiconductor device processing, modeling, electronics and communication circuit design and testing,

Fellowship: Rs. 12000/- per month/ Rs. 16000/- per month/ Rs. 18000/- per month with 15% HRA and Rs. 300/- as Medical Allowance for Category (I)/(II)/ (III) respectively.
Research Associate: 4posts
Essential Qualifications: PhD in Science/ Engineering or M.E, M.Tech in Material Science & Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years research experience in relevant field.
Desirable: Experience in Fabrication / Characterization / modeling and simulation of semiconductor devices/ amorphous silicon solar cells/ Si nanostructures/ Solar Photovoltaic Systems./ Electrical power Systems. Salary: Rs. 22000/- per month with 15% HRA and Rs. 300/- as Medical Allowance
Project Assistant: posts
Essential Qualifications: Graduate degree in Science or Diploma in Engineering disciplines or equivalent or higher secondary or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in Engineering projects and laboratories. Salary: Rs. 8000/- per month
