Applications are invited from Company Secretary in Officers’ Grade/Scale-II in the pay scale of Rs. 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100) Gross Salary around Rs. 32,000/- and other allowances at Nainital.

Age- should have age not exceeding 40 years as on 30/06/2011.

Professional Qualification - Candidate should be an Associate member of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India”.

Educational Qualification - should have passed Graduation/Post Graduation from recognized University.

Experience - should have minimum 3 years of experience as “Company Secretary” preferably in a very Bank/Financial institution.
