The company is recognized today as the leading refinery in India in terms of all round performance, having won many awards in Encon, Safety, Quality, Exports etc. The company is executing an Expansion & Upgradation Project, at an estimated cost of about $ 3.0 Billion and an Aromatics Project, on behalf of ONGC – Mangalore Petrochemicals Ltd., at an estimated cost of $ 1.2 Billion. MRPL invites applications from eligible candidates for the following management positions:

1. Company Secretary (E7 Grade) : 1 post 
   Qualification :ACS/FCS with minimum 18 years relevant post qualification experience of which last 5 years in a reputed Public Limited Company, handling secretarial and legal functions/activities independently. Preference will be given to a candidate with Financial background and having CA qualification. 
2. Chief Manager (Fire & Safety) (E 6 Grade) : 1 post 
   Qualification : B.E in Fire Engineering from National Fire Services College, Nagpur along with Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Regional Labour Institute with Minimum 16 years experience in Fire and Safety department of a large refinery /petrochemical industry. Should be able to lead a team of competent fire fighting staff. Possession of valid heavy vehicle driving license is essential for the candidate. Age relaxation by 6 years for Ex-Servicemen (see pt. 10 of General instructions) 
3. Manager (Corporate Communication) (E 4 Grade): 1 post 
   Qualification : Masters in Communication and Journalism/MBA/MMS/MA with degree or Diploma in PR/Journalism/Advertising with at least 10 years relevant post qualification experience of which at least 5 years in the Corporate Communications department of a reputed large Organisation. Knowledge in Kannada and Tulu is desirable. 
4. Legal Manager (E 4 Grade): 1 post 
   Qualification: BA, LL.B (Integrated Course) with minimum 10 years post qualification work experience in the legal department in an executive position and having handled various types of documentation. The candidate should have proficiency/desired work knowledge in the areas relating to Foreign Exchange Management regulations ,Global tender documents scrutiny/export/import/ shipping contracts, Contract administration, Drafting ,finalizing and vetting of Joint Ventures/Technical services /Foreign Collaboration Agreements, Litigation/Coordination with Legal counsels/Solicitors, Familiar with Indian /International Arbitration Proceedings. 
5. Manager (Retail Engineering) (E4 Grade) 1 post Qualification :Engineering Graduate with at least 10 years relevant post qualification experience, out of which 3 years must be in planning and Construction of retail outlets of an Oil Company. Experience of Construction of Depots/ Terminals will be an added advantage. 
6. Manager (Petrochemical Sales) (E 4 Grade) : 1 post Qualification : MBA or Engineering graduate with at least 10 years relevant post. qualification experience, out of which 3 years must be in the field of Petrochemicals Marketing including Polyproplene Sales. Experience of Sales of Petrochemicals, petcoke, sulphur to end users as well as through Channel would be an advantage. 
7. Senior Safety Engineer (E 2 Grade): 1 post 
   Qualification: Degree in Engineering with Post graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 3 year safety related relevant experience of a large refinery /Petrochemical /Fertilizer Company. 
8. Engineer(Safety) (E1 Grade) : 1 post Qualification : Degree in Engineering with Post graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 1 year safety related relevant experience of a large refinery /Petrochemical /Fertilizer Company.
